This training module is about safe working practices when using power tools such as electric drills, angle grinders, or nail guns. It is important to understand the risks and hazards related to power-tool operation, and follow safe working practices.

Data Protection Training (Use when directed) Duration ca 20 mins

Course

Any employee and volunteer within Sea-Watch needs to do a training on data protection. Complete the training and the obligatory comprehension test. After you passed the test you will get a certificate. 75% pass rate required.

Mooring Operations (Use when directed) Duration ca 1 hour

Course

In this module, we will deal with the procedures of making fast and letting go mooring lines (with which the ship is made fast at her berth). Mooring operations are one of the most dangerous tasks on board. Thus, we will particularly focus on safety.
